Spinach Smoothie Delight



Spinach Smoothie

Serves 1


10 minutes of your time


Like all recipes you can play with the ingredients of this Spinach Smoothie with what you have in the fridge or at home. Smoothies are a great way to increase fibre in your diet too. 


Spinach Smoothie


Your Ingredients


  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 125ml milk of choice

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or fresh

  • 1 handful spinach

  • Squeeze of lemon  

How to make:


  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. If you like smoothies cool you can add some ice to the blender too. 


For an extra boost of protein you could add a tablespoon of your fave protein powder. If you think it's needs something sweet add a little honey or maple syrup.
