The 30 day Health Reset programme is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and support a new understanding of what works for your body and mind.

What is it?

This is an online group programme focussed on nutrition and nurturing your wellbeing running over a 4 week period.
Although the focus will be primarily on food, there will be some breathwork, as well as journaling and education around the subject of stress and health, and the importance of slowing down.
Everything I teach on this programme stems from my belief in bio-individuality. We are so unique and not one diet may work for two people.
This is not a diet or about counting calories.
Instead it is about a sustainable lifestyle shift. By trying different foods you will learn to tune in and feel how various foods make you feel.
The 4 week reset is formulated to empower you with knowledge and confidence to take your health into your own hands. And with some gentle activities like breathwork and journaling weaved in you will begin to carve out a framework for your new, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

4 live group health coaching sessions, each with a unique focus for the week ahead.

Pre-program guidance - setting up your mindset for success and how to get the most out of this course.
​

Weekly meal plan: New recipes each week including 3 breakfast, 3 lunch, 5 dinner and 4 snack ideas. A shopping list will be shared the Friday before each new week.

Education on a whole food diet, the impact of stress on health, as well as simple ways to nourish yourself both on and off the plate.

Mid week check in by email or Whatsapp.

Post programme individual consult call 2 weeks after we finish (30 minutes).
What's on the agenda?
Group Coaching Calls will be Monday evenings online at 8.30pm BST.
(All calls will be recorded and available to you within 24 hours of the live call but I highly recommend attending as to get the most from this programme and to meet other people).

A pre-programme plan will be shared by email Friday June 16. This will include how to set an intention and how to get the most from this programme. You will also receive a shopping list for week 1.

What is a Free Discovery Call?During our call we will look at your primary areas of concern around health and lifestyle. This is a great opportunity for me to learn about you and make sure we are the right fit. It’s important I feel I can help you but also that we gel well together too.

What if we don't click?The initial health history is an opportunity for us to see how we relate to one another. I’ll know straight away if I can help you and will honestly tell you if I feel we’re not the right fit. This gives you the opportunity to do the same. However if a few weeks into Health Coaching you don't feel it is working then of course this can be addressed.

Is Health Coaching like therapy?No, health coaching is a very different field to therapy. Firstly, I am not trained in psychotherapy, so that’s important to note. Health coaching focuses on the present moment and the future, meeting you where you are at now.

Do you provide Nutritional Therapy?I do not hold an accreditation in nutritional therapy but through my studies with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I have studied over 100 dietary theories spanning from ancient Eastern Traditions to modern Western medicine and am lucky to have learned from some of the world’s leading experts in nutrition science and functional medicine like Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Terry Wahls.

Can you prescribe supplements?No, I cannot prescribe supplements.

What health coaching will not help with?Specific health concerns that require medical attention. Supplement prescription. Diet and nutrition plan. Using my nutrition, holistic health and coaching education, I help people discover which foods and lifestyle choices make them feel best. I take a holistic approach to health, focusing not just on food, but also all the other areas of life that can support and nourish overall health, such as career, spirituality, relationships, and environment.

Are sessions online or in person?Sessions are currently online only.

What are your qualifications?I am a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). This is the longest standing nutrition and health coaching school in the world. IIN has been leading the health coaching industry for 30 years. IIN has also received program approvals from organisations in the U.S. and internationally, such as the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBWHC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), The Health Coach Alliance, and Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA).

What is the pricing and payment structure?Individual sessions are €55. I also offer a tailored programme over a ten week period, which can be discussed where suitable.
